Archive General Data (tccom0250m000)

Use this session to archive general data for all LN packages.

If the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is selected in the COM Parameters (tccom5000m000) session, only this session can archive general data.

If started from this session, the archiving process does not abort if the database contains corrupt data.
The session allows centralized archiving of general data, which helps to reduce redundant archiving actions.

Note: This session is used to copy all master data from the operational company to the archive company. Each time the master data is changed, you must run this session.

Performance aspects

The settings in this session could affect system performance and database growth. For more information, refer to Clean up data.

Field Information

Original Company: The company number for which the general data is archived.
Archive-to Company: The company number to which the general data is transferred.

Archive Text: If this check box is selected, texts are also archived.
Overwrite Text: If this check box is selected, texts that already exist in the archive company are replaced with the original text.

Print Report: If this check box is selected, a report is printed with archived master data.
Print Only Changes: If this check box is selected, the updated data from the original company are only included in the print report.
