Generate Master Data by Office (tccom0232m000)
Use this session to generate global default data by office for sales offices, purchase offices, and service offices.
Global default data are settings from sales, procurement, and service parameter sessions that are defaulted to sales offices, purchase offices, and service offices, respectively. These default settings can be changed for individual sales offices, purchase offices or service offices.
Field Information
- Procurement

If this check box is selected, global default data is generated for purchase offices.
- Sales

If this check box is selected, global default data is generated for sales offices.
- Service

If this check box is selected, global default data is generated for service offices.
- Process Report

If this check box is selected, a report is printed showing the generated or simulated results based on the specified settings.
- Error Report

If this check box is selected, a report is printed showing the errors that occurred during the process.
- Simulation

If this check box is selected, the process is run in simulation mode, that is, the process is not actually run, but a preview of the results is generated if you select the Process Report check box.
- Size Simulation

The number of records that must be simulated.
If you specify a value of 100, the first 100 records that fall within the selection criteria must be simulated.
Default value
The default value is zero, which means all records that fall within the selection range are simulated.
