Workdays (tcccp0130m000)
Use this session to display and maintain the workweek. For each day of the week you can define one or more working time intervals.
Field Information
- Workweek

The ID of the selected workweek.
- Day Name

The day of the week for which you can define one or more working time intervals.
- Sequence Number
-
The number that identifies a data record.
Note: To insert a single recurrence more than once, such as to define multiple shifts, you must enter different sequence numbers. - Working Hours Type

The working hours type to which the line relates.
Note:- The Use Working Hours Types check box in the Calendar Parameters (tcccp0100m000) session must be selected, for his field to be available.
- This field cannot be used when the specified availability type uses shifts.
- Start Time

The start time and end time mark the time frame of the working time interval.
- Shift Name

A generic name (EARLY, LATE).
Note:- If shifts are used, a shift name must be specified.
- A shift name is not coupled to a specific date.
- Multiple consecutive lines with the same shift name, are combined into one shift when generated in the Update Calendar Working Hours (tcccp0226m000) session.
- Available

If this check box is selected, the resource linked to this calendar is available for activities that are covered by the availability type.
If this check box is cleared, the line indicates non-working time.
- Capacity Percentage

The maximum utilization percentage of a resource for this time period.
For example, if you enter 80 here, a resource cannot be used for more than 80% of the working hours of the current working hours type.
By default, LN sets the value of this field to 100%.
- Efficiency Factor

Note:
- Note the difference between efficiency factors and capacity percentages. Efficiency factors impact the lead-time calculation for which the corresponding calendar is used. The result of a specific efficiency factor is visible in the Hours field in the Calendar Working Hours (tcccp0120m000) session.
- Capacity percentages give information about the utilization rate of a resource during the available time.
- Overtime

If this check box is selected, the time period referenced in the line is defined as overtime.
This overtime is taken into account in modules such as the Service Order Control module and the Contract Management module in Service .
