Return shipped goods

If the goods are returned from a customer after an ITU consumption, the concept data of the received items must match the concept data, such as the country of origin, of the items when issued
You can link the returned goods to the same ITU used for issuing the goods if these conditions apply:
  • The inventory tracking unit (ITU) data is not archived.
  • The return order is linked to an original order.

If there are multiple countries of origin, the countries of origin for returned items must match the countries of origin of the consumed items, including the applicable Bill of Material.
