Outbound inspections

When you create a new outbound inspection, a new ITU consumption is created in the Order Line (tcitu3100m000) session.

The related inspection number is updated in the Business Object field, and the inspection sequence is updated in the Business Object Reference.

This information is also updated in these sessions:
  • Inventory Tracking Consumptions (tcitu3110m000)
  • Inventory Tracking Consumption Details (tcitu3115m000)

Specify inspection results

When you specify the inspection results of the outbound advice, the inspection quantities must be updated on the related ITU consumption. If the inspection results are updated automatically on the ITU consumption, and multiple countries of origin are selected during picking, you must specify the quantity that is approved or rejected for a country of origin (COO).

Process Inspection

You must check the inspection quantities (approved, rejected, or scrapped) of the outbound inspection against the inspection quantities of the ITU consumption before processing the inspection.
