Report Designer - control over all sheet names in the MS Excel file

When printing a report to MS Excel from the LN Report Designer, dynamic control over the sheet names in an MS Excel workbook is now supported.

For every layout in which a sheet break can be set, you can now specify a value in the new Excel Output - Sheet Name Expression parameter of the Report Designer. As input value, report input fields and fixed strings can be combined. The maximum length of the parameter is the same as the maximum length of a sheet name in MS Excel.

Note: For consistency within the LN Report Designer, the drop-down box of the Barcode - Data Expression parameter has been replaced with the same multi-line text box.
