LN Studio - Adopt Eclipse version 2021-09

LN Studio now runs in Eclipse version 2021-09. LN Studio has adopted this Eclipse version to stay up-to-date with the used components. For more information, see https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/2021-09/r.

To use this Eclipse version, Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 11 (Java 11), 64-bits, is required.
