Inspection Order Lines History (qmptc3506m000)
Use this session to display the order lines for a specific inspection order that was previously carried out. The order line details can be viewed in the details session.
Field Information
- Inspection Order
- Inspection Line
-
The line number that identifies the inspection order line.
- Aspect
- Characteristic
- Document
-
The document associated with the conformance reporting.
Note:This field is enabled only if the Business Communication Implemented check box is selected in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.
LN populates the value in this field from the Quality Documents (tcbcm0120m100) only if the Conformance Reporting check box is selected.
- Characteristic Type
-
The type of value that is measured.
- Characteristic Unit
-
Note: If you enter Fraction or Integer in the Characteristic Type field it is mandatory to fill in the Characteristic Unit field. If you enter Option you can leave the Characteristic Unit field blank.
- Characteristic for Algorithm
-
If this check box is selected, the characteristic is used as a variable or constant in the algorithm of another characteristic.
- Option Set
- Method
-
The type of characteristic value or the way in which the characteristic value is calculated.
- Algorithm
-
Note: You can only enter data in the Algorithm field, if you entered Algorithm in the Method field. Enter the name of the algorithm that is used to calculate the characteristic.
- Actual Start Date
-
The date on which the first data is entered for the inspection order line. This date is updated in the Inspection Order Test Data (qmptc1115m000) session and cannot be modified.
- Actual Completion Date
-
The date on which the inspection is reported as completed. This date is updated in the Complete/Process Order Inspections (qmptc1202m000) session, and cannot be modified.
- Test
- Test Area
- Destructive Test
-
If this check box is selected, the test is destructive and the item cannot be used after testing.
If this check box is cleared, the test is not destructive and the item can be used after testing.
- Result Type
-
The type of result reported to the user.
- Test Unit
-
Note: The characteristic unit is the default value. The test unit and the characteristic unit must have the same physical quantity.
- Test Standard
-
The standard normally used for the test. For example, a DIN standard.
- Skill
- Employee
-
The person that performs the test on this characteristic.
- Instrument
-
The default instrument used to measure the characteristic.
- Description
-
The description or name of the code.
- Instrument Number
-
The number of the instrument that can be used to trace the instrument.
- Fixed Characteristic Value
-
The value of a constant (that is a fixed characteristic) which is used in algorithms.
For example: Characteristic Gravity Fixed Characteristic Value 13.4
Note: This only applies if the Method field is set on Fixed. If the Characteristic Type field is set on Integer, the fixed characteristic value is rounded up to the nearest integer.User Entry Rounded Value 5 11 4 10 6 11 - Characteristic Standard
-
The standard normally used for characteristics. This is an informative field.
For example, a DIN standard, or an ISO standard.
- Value Type
-
The value type of the characteristic.
Allowed values
- Norm
- Nominal
- Not Applicable
- Chart Name
-
The code of the chart name to which the nominal values are applicable.
Note: This field is available only if the Nominal option is selected in the Value Type field. - Chart Type
-
The code of the chart type for which the nominal values are applicable.
Note: This field is available only if the Nominal option is selected in the Value Type field. - Tolerance Standard
-
The code of the tolerance standard linked to the nominal value range.
Note: This field is available only if the Nominal option is selected in the Value Type field. - Nominal Value
-
The nominal value of the characteristic, expressed in the characteristic unit.
Note:This field is available only if the Nominal option is selected in the Value Type field.
You can specify the value in this field, if the Characteristic Type field is set to Option and this value is not used to determine the inspection result.
In case of qualitative test entry ( Result Type is Qualitative for the related inspection order line), this value is used only to display the information and is not used to determine the inspection results.
- Norm
-
The norm is the desired quality for this characteristic, expressed in the characteristic unit.
Note:This field does not apply if you enter Fixed in the Method field or Option in the Characteristic Type field.
Note: This field does not apply if you enter Fixed in the Method field or Option in the Characteristic Type field. - Upper Limit
-
The highest characteristic value, expressed in the characteristic unit, for which quality is acceptable.
Note:The Upper Limit field must be greater than or equal to the value in the Norm field.
You can specify the value in this field, if the Characteristic Type field is set to Option and this value is not used to determine the inspection result.
