Order Inspections (qmptc1620m100)

Use this session to create, view, specify, and maintain order inspections and the related inspection order.

Filters

You can use these filters to display the appropriate selection of order inspections:

  • General Filter

    By Order Origin, Team, Owner, Warehouse, Department, Business Partner, Item or a combination of these fields.

  • Status Filter

    By order inspection status.

  • Date Filter

    By planned completion date.

Graph

You can also view a graphical representation of the inspection orders for the current day or a specified time range. Specify the type of data to be displayed based on the options:

  • Status By Origin: You can view the order inspections based on the status, for a specified origin.
  • Average Resolution Time by Origin: You can view the representation of order inspections closed within 30days (planned completion date - planned start date).
  • Ageing Analysis by Origin: You can view the representation of active order inspections, based on the age of the inspection. Age is the difference between the current date and the date on which the inspection is created.

This session includes these tabs:

  • Order Inspections

    Refers to the Order Inspection (qmptc1620m000) session. When you double-click a line, the Inspection Order (qmptc1100m100) session is started.
Note: 

When the Order Inspection lines with status set to Competed are processed, using the Process option from the Actions menu, LN prompts you to authorize the action and displays the Authentication Request window. You must specify these information

  • Reason for signing: The purpose of the document. You must select the reason from the list.
  • User Comments: The additional information related to the authorization.
  • Username: The username of the authorized signature.
  • Password: The password of the authorized signature.
Note: The check marks in the Filter section indicate the filters are activated in this session.

All Origins

If this check box is selected, order inspections linked to all the origin orders are displayed.

Order Origin

The order origin for which the order inspections are displayed.

Team

The team that performs the order inspections.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Owner

The user who performs the order inspections.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Warehouse

The code of the warehouse.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Site

The site for which the order inspections are displayed.

Department

The code of the work center.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Business Partner

The code of the business partner.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Item

The code of the item.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Free

Click Free to activate this filter. The order inspections with the status, Free are displayed.

Note: The count of the order inspections are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
Active

Click Active to activate this filter. The order inspections with the status, Active are displayed.

Note: The count of the order inspections are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
Completed

Click Completed to activate this filter. The order inspections with the status, Completed are displayed.

Note: The count of the order inspections are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
Processed

Click Processed to activate this filter. The order inspections with the status, Processed are displayed.

Note: The count of the order inspections are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
Closed

Click Closed to activate this filter. The order inspections with the status, Closed are displayed.

Note: The count of the order inspections are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
Cancelled

Click Canceled to activate this filter. The order inspections with the status, Canceled are displayed.

Note: The count of the order inspections are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
Past Due

Click Past Due to activate this filter. The order inspections that are past the due are displayed.

The count of the order inspections are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.

Due Today

Click Due Today to activate this filter. The order inspections that are due today are displayed.

The count of the order inspections are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.

Due 1-7 Days

Click Due 1-7 Days to activate this filter. The order inspections that are due within the next seven days are displayed.

The count of the order inspections are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.

Due > 7 Days

Click Due > 7 Days to activate this filter. The order inspections that are due after the next days are displayed.
