Allowed values
- Order
- Characteristic
- Inspection by Characteristic Classification
- If this check box is selected,
the inspection order is created based on the classification of
the characteristics.Note: This check box is enabled only if:
- The check box is selected in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.
- The value of the AQL Switching field is set to Characteristic.
- Skip Lot
-
If this check box is selected, only a part of the submitted lot is to be inspected.
- Skip Frequency
-
The number of lots (or batches) that can be skipped for inspection.
- Order Based Switching Rule
-
- Order
-
- Order AQL
-
The acceptable quality level linked to the sampling rule.
Note: This field is available only if the AQL Switching field is set to Order. - Accepted Consecutive Inspection Orders decreased Inspection
-
The number of accepted batches that are required for switching to a lesser inspection procedure. When goods are supplied with steady quality, a switch can be made to a less severe inspection process.
Note: This field is available only if the AQL Switching field is set to Order. - Switch To
-
The code of the sampling rule used for a less severe inspection process.
Note: This field is available only if the AQL Switching field is set to Order. - Rejected Consecutive Inspection Orders
-
The number of consecutive rejected batches that must be checked to trigger a more severe inspection process.
Note: This field is available only if the AQL Switching field is set to Order. - Rejected Inspection Orders needed for increased Inspection
-
The number of rejected batches that trigger the shift to a more severe inspection process.
Note: This field is available only if the AQL Switching field is set to Order. - Within
-
The number of most recent, consecutive batches that must be checked to more severe inspection process.
Note: This field is available only if the AQL Switching field is set to Order. - Switch To
