- FRACAS Number

The code of the FRACAS document.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Status

The status of the FRACAS document.

The position (line) number of the reported failed item.
- Reported Failed Item

The code of the item for which the failure is reported in the FRACAS document.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Serial Number

The serial number of the item.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Configuration Controlled field is set to Serialized in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session, for the specified Reported Failed Item. - Lot Number

The lot number linked to the item.
- Inventory Date
-
The inventory date assigned to the item when stored in the warehouse. This date is available when the warehouse outbound priority is LIFO/FIFO.
- Reported Quantity
-
The quantity of the item for which the failure is reported in the FRACAS document.
- Reported Unit
-
The unit in which the quantity is expressed.
- Actual Failed Item
-
The code of the actual item for which the failure is reported in the FRACAS document.
Note:This field is enabled only if the Status is Open or Assigned and the FRACAS Type is set to Hardware or Non-Hardware.
If the FRACAS Order Origin is related to Service, and a physical breakdown structure is defined for the failure item, LN allows you to select the physical breakdown structure.
- Serial Number

The serial number of the actual failed item.
Note:This field is enabled only if the Configuration Controlled field is set to Serialized in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session, for the specified Actual Failed Item.

The actual quantity of the items that must be reported as failure items.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Status is Open or Assigned and FRACAS Type is Instrument or Other. - Failure Code

The location where the item component can be placed. This value is used to differentiate between two test group lines with the same data.
- Repeated Failure

If this check box is selected, the reported failure is considered as a failure that has occurred again.
- Failure Category

The category of the failure.
- Failure Stage

The stage at which the failure is reported.
- Instrument Group

The code of the instrument group.
- Instrument

The code of the instrument that is used to identify the cause of the failure.
- Instrument Number

The number of the instrument.
- Failure Text

The additional information for the failure.
- Technician

The engineer assigned to resolve the failure.
