Corrective Action Plan

The CAP number.

Task

The code of the task that must be performed on a CAP.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Task Type

The code used to classify the task.

Action Category

The type of action that must be performed for the task associated with the selected CAP.

This field is displayed only if the Use Action Category check box is selected in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.

This value is defaulted from the Action Category field of the Task Types (qmcpl0101m000) session.

Assigned Employee

The code of the user responsible for the task.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Planned Start Date

The planned date on which the user initiates the CAP task.

Planned Due Date

The planned date for the completion of the CAP task.

Completion Date

The date on which the CAP task status is set to Completed.

Creation Date

The date on which the CAP task is created.

Approved Date

The date on which the CAP task status is set to Approved.

In Progress Date

The date on which the CAP task status is set to In Progress.

Closed Date

The date on which the CAP task status is set to Closed.

Cancelled Date

The date on which the CAP task status is set to Canceled.

Engineering Process
Engineering Change Required

If this check box is selected, design or engineering changes are required for the item. These changes can be one of the reasons for the corrective action plan to be reported.

Note: 

The check box is enabled only if:

  • The Product Lifecycle Management Integration Implemented check box is selected in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.
  • The item is Revision Controlled.
Engineering Process

The business process ID. The ID is generated after the business process is created in the Dispatch (pdwfl1100m200) session.

Related Order Company

The PLM company in which the business process is created.

E-Item Revision

The revision of the engineering item.

Actual Employee

The employee responsible to verify the CAP task.

Description

The name or description of the code.

Text

Indicates if the text related to CAP task is available.

Skill Required

The skill required to complete the task that must be performed for a CAP.

Verification Date

The date on which the CAP task is verified and closed.

The status of the task.
