Releasing Equipment Procurement Order Manual Activities

The Equipment Procurement Order procedure can contain one or more manual activities that must be released manually. You can use the Manual Activities option in the Equipment Procurement Order Line (tdpur6601m100) session to access the Subcontracting Procurement Order Manual Activities (tdpur6505m000) session. In this session, you can select the required activity and use the Release option to release the manual activities.

When the order is released, the order status changes to In Process and the execution status of the activity is set to Executed. The order line can be changed again after release of the manual activity. In that case the execution status of the manual activity is updated to Free, and the order must be released again.
