Business Process (pdwfl1600m000)

Use this session to view and maintain the PLM business process data. You can also copy the data of an existing business process data to a new business process.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Status

The status of the business process.

Allowed values

Created

The Business Process is created.

In Progress

The Business Process is launched.

Completed

The Business Process steps are completed.

Rejected

The Business Process is rejected.

Suspended

The Business Process is temporarily kept on hold for a reason.

Failed

The system steps (Check-In, Check-Out) related to the Business Process have failed.

Fully Rejected

The Business Process is cancelled.

The description or name of the code.

The type of business process.

The user who launches the business process. The originator can be the Responsible User.

The date and time when the business process is created.

The user who launch the business process. The originator may also be the responsible user.

Maximum Duration

The maximum time required by the user to respond to a task.

The date and time when the business process is initiated.

Electronic Signature

Indicates if an Electronic Signature is required to complete or reject the business process.

Note: LN selects this check box if the Electronic Signature field is set to Yes for the related workflow template in the Workflow Template Management Workbench (pdwfl8200m000) session.
Reject To

The name of the user to whom the business process is assigned after the rejection.
