Folders (pdpdm3600m000)
Use session to view and maintain the folder data. You can also copy an existing folder's data to a new folder. The data in the header section is defaulted from the Folder Defaults (pdadm5155m000) session.
Folders can also be organized hierarchically using parent child relationship.

The code of the folder. Folders are revision-controlled objects that are intrinsic to the functional processes supported by Infor PLM.

- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Status

The status of the folder.

- Draft

- Under Change
Note: By default, this field is set to Draft. - Security Access Level

The level of security access provided to the user.

- Unrestricted

- Confidential

The characteristics of the folder.
- PLM Project

The PLM project for which the folder is created.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Is Latest

Indicates that the revision of the folder is the latest.
- Created By

The login ID of the user who creates the folder.
- Created By

The name of the user who creates the folder.
- Created On

The date and time when the folder is created.
- Originating App

The application using which the folder is created.
- Previous Revision

The alpha numeric code of the existing revision of the folder.
- Template

The code of the template defined for the folder.
Note: The template for which the Preferred check box is selected in the Folder Defaults (pdadm5155m000) session, is defaulted. - Description

- Approval Date

The date on which the folder is released.
- Effective From

The date and time when the effectivity of the folder is applicable.
- Effective To

The date and time up to which the effectivity of the folder is applicable. The application sets the date when a new revision of the folder is released.
- Derived From

The original folder from which this folder is copied.
