CFDI Information by Document (lpmex1500m000)
Use this session to view the list of different documents in LN for which an External and/or Internal UUID and Signature is assigned.
For Mexico, the sales invoices and receipts are stored, with the Internal UUID and signature provided by Local.ly and the External UUID and signature provided by the PAC, with the certification date.
Note: This session can be accessed only if the Mexico check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Field Information
- Document Company
- The code of the company in which the document is created.
- Document Type

The type of document in LN to which the IDs and signature are assigned.
Allowed values
- Sales Invoice
- Receipt (AR)
- Receipt Acknowledgement
- Received Purchase Invoice
- Purchase Invoice
- Payment (AP)
- Not Applicable
- Document ID
- The unique identification number that identifies the document in LN. This includes both financial and logistic documents. For example, Sales Invoice “ACR\20170089” or Receipt (AR) “ABN\20170461.
- Document Line Reference
- The reference to the document line.
- Certification Date
- The date and time of the certification of the invoice.
- External UUID
- The external UUID that is assigned to the document in LN.
- Document Status

Indicates the status of the LN document.
Allowed values
- Rejected
- Approved
- Canceled in PAC Portal
- Indicates whether the document is canceled in PAC portal.
- Payment Method
- The payment method of the invoice document. The
value in this field can be updated with PUE or PPD.Note: This field is displayed only if the Mexico check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
- Way of Payment
- The payment mechanism of the invoice
document.Note: This field is displayed only if the Mexico check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
- CFDI Use Code
- The CFDI use code of the invoice document.Note: This field is displayed only if the Mexico check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
- External Signature
- The signature assigned to the document by the
external entities such as, Tax authorities.Note: In Mexico, the PAC assigns an external identifier and digital stamp or signature to the document.
- External Signature Date
- The date and time when the external signature is assigned to the document.
- Internal UUID
- The internal UUID assigned to the document by LN.
- Internal Signature
- The internal signature assigned to the document by LN.
- Internal Signature Date
- The date and time when the internal signature is assigned to the document.
- Message
- The message that is displayed when the CFDI information is assigned to the document.
