Export Business Partner Data (lpisr4215m000)

Use this session to export the business partner data to a file which can be sent to the tax authorities.

Note: This session can be accessed only if the Israel check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

You can also access this session using the Export Business Partner Data option from the Actions menu in the Business Partner Export Data for Israel (tctax4515m000) session.

Field Information

Selection Range

Business Partner: The From and To fields define a range of: business partners whose data must be exported.
Financial Supplier Group: The From and To fields define a range of: financial supplier groups to which the business partner is linked.

Options

Reload Export Data: If this check box is selected, the exported business partner data is reloaded with a new Run Number.
Run Number: The number that is assigned to the export run. This number is generated automatically.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Reload Export Data check box is cleared.
Server Path and File: Specify the path on the server where the file created with the exported business partner data must be stored.
Copy to Client: If this check box is selected, the created file is copied to the location on the local machine.
Local Path and File: Specify the path of the client location to where the created file with the exported business partner data must be copied.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Copy to Client check box is selected.
