Shipment Line History (fmlbd5501m000)
Use this session to view the history data of the shipment lines of a shipment created in Freight. LN creates a history record of each change that is made to a shipment line. You can use history records for future analysis.
On the Specific menu, you can access the Freight Order Lines History (fmfoc5501m000) session and the Shipment History (fmlbd5500m000) session.
Field Information
- Additional Cost Line

If this check box is selected, the shipment line is an additional cost line. An additional cost line lists the additional costs of a shipment.
- Freight Order

The identifying number of the freight order to which the shipment line refers.
- Freight Order Line

The position number of the freight order line on which the shipment line is based.
- Item

The item listed on the freight order line on which the shipment line is based.
- Transaction Date
- History Status

The status of the history record resulting from the modification that is made on the transaction date.
- Modified

This status is allocated if the data on which the current history information is based, is modified.
- Processed

This status is allocated if the record on which the current history information is based, has obtained the Closed status.
- Removed

This status is allocated if the header data related to the current history information is removed.
- BOM Line

The identification number of the component item line.
- User

The user logon code of the user who modified the shipment data related to the current history information.
- Status

The Status of the shipment line.
- Planned Freight Value

The value of the goods that are transported. The value in this field is filled from the originating orders of the freight orders on which the shipment lines are based.

The unit by which the Additional rate quantity is expressed.
- Estimated Freight Cost

The estimated freight cost. This amount is calculated during the load building process, and can be changed manually or recalculated in the Calculate Freight Costs (fmfrc0240m000) session.
- Weight

The actual weight of the goods listed on the shipment line. This is the weight of the goods after the shipment line is given the Confirmed status in Warehousing .
If the cost allocation is based on weight, this value must be greater than zero after the shipment line has received the Shipped status.
- Actual Freight Cost

The actual freight costs derived from the carrier invoice. If the carrier invoice is approved in the Accounts Payable module of Financials , the actual costs are updated in Freight and are displayed in this field.
- Weight Unit

The unit used to express the weight.
- Recalculate for Invoice Amount

If this check box is selected, the freight cost amount must be recalculated manually due to partial deliveries or over-deliveries.
- Planned Quantity

The ordered quantity of the item. The ordered quantity can be changed during loading, transport, or unloading.
- Storage Unit

The unit used to express the quantity.
- Shipped Quantity

The confirmed quantity of the item that is actually shipped. This quantity can differ from the ordered quantity due to insufficient loading capacity, damage during loading or unloading, and so on.
