Close Loads / Freight Order Clusters (fmlbd4200m000)

Use this session to set loads and/or freight order clusters to Closed. To set loads or freight order clusters to Closed, select the relevant loads or clusters and click Continue.

Field Information

Selection Range

Loads: The range of loads that you want to set to Closed.
Loads: The range of loads that you want to set to Closed.
Freight Order Clusters: The range of clusters that you want to set to Closed.
Freight Order Clusters: The range of clusters that you want to set to Closed.

Settings

Close up to Date: If the carrier is or was to be invoiced for transportation of the loads or clusters selected in the previous fields, the date in this field refers to the invoice date of the selected loads or clusters. If the carrier is or was not to be invoiced for transportation of the selected loads or clusters, the date in this field refers to the actual unload date of the clusters or (shipments of the) loads. The default date in this field is the system date.
Close loads or clusters: Select Load to select the loads that you want to set to Closed, or select Cluster to select the clusters that you want to set to Closed.

Print

Error Report: If this check box is selected, an error report about the process of closing the selected loads or freight order clusters is generated.

Options

Print to predefined Device: If this check box is selected, LN selects the default device defined for the user profile to print the report.
