Print Orders with Deviating Shipment Dates (fmlbd3450m000)

Use this session to print reports that show the difference between the planned dates/times of orders and the planned or actual loading or unloading dates/times of the shipments or the freight order clusters created for the orders.

For differences between the planned dates, the differences are caused by changing the planned loading or unloading dates of the shipments or freight order clusters, either manually or by the load building engine. For differences between planned dates and actual dates, the differences are caused by deliveries or receipts taking place earlier or later than expected. The primary purpose of these reports is to show to which extent planned or actual dates on shipments or clusters match the time windows set for the ship-from and ship-to addresses.

You can use a filter to specify how much the minimum difference between the planned dates/times of the orders and the planned or actual dates/times of the related shipments and clusters must be to be included in the report.

To create a report of orders for which the planned dates/times differ from the planned or actual load or unload dates of the related shipments or clusters, proceed as follows:

  1. In the Selection Range group box, use the Order fields to select the orders for which you want to print the report. Of the range of orders that you select, orders related to a shipment or freight order cluster whose status is at least Actual are included in the report.
  2. In the Orders with deviation more than group box, specify how much the minimum difference must be, expressed in days, hours, and/or minutes, between the planned dates/times of the orders and the planned or actual dates/times of the shipments or clusters that you want to include in your report. For example, if you specify one day, the report includes orders for which the difference between the planned dates/times on the order and the planned or actual loading or unloading dates/times of the related shipment or cluster is at least one day.
  3. In the Orders with deviation in group box, specify the type of planned or actual dates/times for which you want to print your report. As a result, the report includes date differences for the selected type of delivery, receipt, loading, or unloading date.

Field Information

Selection Range
Order

The From and To fields define a range of: the orders for which you want to print differences in shipment dates. To be included in the report, the orders must be related to shipments or freight order clusters whose statuses are at least Actual.

Shipment Date Type

The type of order and shipment or cluster dates/times for which you want to print a report. The following types of dates/times are available:

  • Planned Load Date

    The report shows the differences between the Planned Load Date of the selected orders and the planned load dates of the related shipments or freight order clusters.

  • Planned Receipt Date

    The report shows the differences between the Planned Receipt Date of the selected orders and the planned unload dates of the related shipments or freight order clusters.

  • Actual Receipt Date

    The report shows the differences between the Planned Receipt Date of the selected orders and the actual unload dates of the related shipments or freight order clusters. The actual unload date of the shipments or clusters is displayed in the Actual Receipt Date field of the orders.

  • Actual Load Date

    The report shows the differences between the Planned Load Date of the selected orders and the actual load dates of the related shipments or freight order clusters.
Shipment Date Type

The type of order and shipment or cluster dates/times for which you want to print a report. The following types of dates/times are available:

  • Planned Receipt Date

    The report shows the differences between the Planned Receipt Date of the selected orders and the planned load dates of the related shipments or freight order clusters.

  • Actual Receipt Date

    The report shows the differences between the Planned Receipt Date of the selected orders and the actual load dates of the related shipments or freight order clusters. The actual load dates are displayed in the Actual Receipt Date field for the selected orders.

  • Receipt Date

    The report shows the differences between the Planned Receipt Date of the selected orders and the actual unload dates of the related shipments or freight order clusters. The actual unload dates are displayed in the Receipt Date field for the selected orders.

Print to predefined Device

If this check box is selected, LN selects the default device defined for the user profile to print the report.
