Means of Transport Calendar (fmlbd0560m000)

Use this session to view the availability of the selected Means of Transport. This session shows when the Means of Transport is unavailable and the reason why the means of transport is unavailable.

The Means of Transport is planned for one or more loads in particular periods. If a load is not Actual, however, the Means of Transport is tentatively available for other loads.

A Means of Transport can be tentatively unavailable on account of being scheduled for a planned Load, or on account of the travel time required to arrive at a loading address. The availability period of a Means of Transport required to transport a Load is allowed to be interrupted by unavailability periods, as long as the Means of Transport has sufficient time available to carry out the transport.

Example

A Load requires 20 hours to be delivered to its destination. The Means of Transport is available from 09:00 to 17:00 on workdays. The Load starts on Monday at 09:00. The Means of Transport can be scheduled for the Load if the Load does not have to reach its destination until Wednesday at 13:00.

Options on the Specific menu

On the appropriate menu, the following options are available:

Means of Transport Details. Use this option to access the Means of Transport (fmfmd0155m000) session.
Available Means of Transport. Use this option to access the Available Means of Transport (fmlbd0460m100) session.
Loads. Use this option to access the Loads (fmlbd4100m000) session.
Load Details. Use this option to access the details of the selected load.
View Actual Unavailable Dates. Use this option to view the unavailability dates related to loads that have the Actual status, and unavailability information from the Actual Calendar.
View All Dates. Use this option to view all unavailability dates.

Field Information

Means of Transport: The Means of Transport for which the unavailability data are displayed.
Start Date: The first date of the unavailability period.
Company: The company for which the load is planned and transported.
Load: The Load for which the Means of Transport is scheduled.
Plan: The Plan to which the Load belongs for which the Means of Transport is scheduled.
End Date: The last date of the unavailability period.
Start Address: The Start Address of the Load for which the Means of Transport is planned.
End Address: The End Address of the Load for which the Means of Transport is planned.
Unavailable Due To: The reason why the Means of Transport is unavailable. Unavailability Reason.
Carrier/LSP: The carrier to which the current Means of Transport belongs.
Transport Means Group: The transport means group that classifies the Means of Transport.
Actual Calendar: The calendar that is used to fill the current calendar of the Means of Transport. If no calendar is defined for the Means of Transport, the calendar of the carrier of the Means of Transport is taken. If no calendar is defined for the carrier of the Means of Transport, the company calendar is taken.
Description of Start Address City: The city of the start address of the load.
Description of End Address City: The city of the end address of the load.
