Freight Order Lines to Be Replanned (fmlbd0120m000)
Use this session to view and replan freight order lines that must be replanned. This session displays freight order lines that have been changed after a load plan was created for the freight order lines. When a change has been made to a freight order line, it is automatically displayed in this session. After a freight order line is replanned, it is no longer displayed in this session.
To replan a freight order line, select the freight order line that you want to replan and select the
option from the appropriate menu.Freight order data displayed in the Freight Order Lines to be Replanned (fmlbd0120m000) session
When a freight order line is changed, any shipment lines created from the freight order line are deleted, and the changed freight order line is regrouped in one of the following ways:
- Added to a newly created freight order header.
- Remains associated with its original freight order header.
- Added to a different existing freight order header.
How the freight order line is regrouped, depends on the type of data that is changed on the freight order line. For further information, refer to Freight order maintenance.
The Freight Order Lines to Be Replanned (fmlbd0120m000) session shows the following data for each changed freight order line:
- The load plan to which the changed freight order line was related. When a freight order line is changed, the shipment lines created from the freight order line are deleted. In the Freight Order Lines to Be Replanned (fmlbd0120m000) session, however, the link to the load plan to which the shipment lines belonged, is preserved.
- Check boxes indicating whether the load plan is Actual or Expired.
- The freight order header of the changed freight order line.
- The position number of the changed freight order line.
- The status of the changed freight order line.
- The freight order header and the position number of the freight order line before it was changed.
- The load to which the freight order line was related before the freight order line was changed. If the freight order line was related to more than one load, no load is displayed in this session.
- A check box showing whether any unsuccessful attempts at replanning have been made.
Example
Freight order line X is planned in load plans A, B, and C. A change is made to freight order line X. As a result, freight order line X is displayed in this session for load plans A, B, and C. Freight order line X is replanned for load plan A. As a result, freight order line X is no longer displayed in for load plan A, but it is still displayed in this session for load plans B and C. As the loads and shipments of load plan A are processed through Warehousing, the statuses of these loads and shipments, and freight order line X, are updated. The updated statuses of freight order line X are displayed in this session. You can view freight order line X in combination with load plans B and C.

If a freight order line is included in more than one load plan, and the freight order line is replanned for one of these load plans, it is no longer displayed for the load plan for which it is replanned. The freight order line is still displayed for the other load plans (although a changed freight order line no longer has shipment lines, the link to the load plan in which the shipment lines were included is preserved in the Freight Order Lines to Be Replanned (fmlbd0120m000) session). The status of the freight order line changes as the load plan for which the freight order line is replanned, is processed in Warehousing. These statuses are displayed in this session for the freight order line and the load plans for which the freight order line is not replanned.
This implies, that if a freight order line in this session has a status that is higher than Actual, the freight order line is replanned in another plan, and you can delete this freight order line. To delete a freight order line in this session, select the freight order line and select the Delete option.
