Freight Order Cluster Lines (fmfoc3101m000)
Use this session to view and maintain freight order cluster lines. A freight order cluster line is the identification of a freight order line that is allocated to the cluster.

The text in this field originates from the freight order line related to the current freight order cluster line. You can add text or edit this text, for example, to add some information about the cluster line.
- Planned Quantity

The quantity of the item on the cluster line that must be transported. The planned quantity is taken from the quantity listed on the freight order line corresponding to the cluster line. This quantity can differ from the quantity that is actually shipped.

The quantity of the item on the cluster line that is shipped. The shipped quantity can differ from the planned quantity for various reasons, for example, insufficient loading capacity of the vehicles that picked up the goods, damage during loading, transport, unloading, and so on. If the cluster line is not linked to Warehousing , you can enter the shipped quantity when this figure is known from the carrier. If the line is linked to Warehousing , the shipped quantity is updated by Warehousing .

The value of the goods before transportation is carried out. The value in this field is derived from the shipped quantity.

The value of the goods after transportation has started. The value in this field is updated from the carrier invoice amount in Financials .
- Estimated Freight Cost

The freight costs calculated during the freight order clustering process or the load building process, if the freight order line is planned using the load building functionality. If required, you can enter a different amount. If the carrier invoice has been matched in Financials , the estimated costs cannot be changed. The actual freight costs from the carrier invoice can differ from this amount.

If invoicing is not based on a carrier invoice, this check box is selected when the estimated costs for the cluster to which the freight order line belongs is made actual and final.

You can enter the delivered quantity figure when the carrier has provided you with this information. For inbound goods transports, this information is updated by Warehousing when the goods are received in the warehouse, provided that the cluster line is linked to Warehousing .

The status of the freight order line related to the current cluster line.
- Cost Line

If this check box is selected, the current cluster line is an additional cost line. If additional costs must be paid for the goods listed on a cluster line, an additional cost set is linked to the cluster line. To link this additional cost set, ERP creates a new cluster line in which the additional cost set is stored. The new cluster line, called additional cost line, is then linked to the cluster that lists the goods for which the additional costs must be paid.
