Change Planned Load/Unload Date (fmfoc2201m000)
Use this session to carry out a collective date change for a range of freight order lines.
In this session you can change the Planned Load Date and Planned Unload Date and/or the Tolerance dates ( Earliest Load Date and Earliest Unload Date; Latest Load Date and Latest Unload Date) for a range of freight orders and freight order lines.
Date and tolerance changes are allowed for freight order lines with the following status:
- Expected
- Planned
- Actual
To select the range of freight orders and freight order lines for which to change the planned load or unload dates, times, and tolerances, complete these steps:
- Select a shipping office and a planning group.
- Use the range fields to select the freight orders and freight order lines within the selected shipping office and planning group.

For example, an error occurs if a standard route is specified for a freight order line, and the changed loading or unloading dates conflict with the standard route schedule.
Errors do not stop the process, but freight order lines for which errors occur are listed on the error report.
