Remove Freight Orders (fmfoc2200m000)

Use this session to delete freight orders with the Closed status, the Ignored status, and/or freight orders without freight order lines.

To delete freight orders, you must specify whether you want to delete freight orders with the Closed status, the Ignored status, and/or freight orders without freight order lines, and specify the selection criteria for the freight orders that you want to delete. To specify the criteria to select the freight orders that you want to delete, you must fill in the following fields.

Field Information

Freight Order: The first freight order of the freight order range. Freight orders that fall within this range are deleted if these orders have the Closed status, the Ignored status, or if the freight orders have no order lines. This depends on the check boxes that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Freight Order: The last freight order of the freight order range. Freight orders that fall within this range are deleted if these orders have the Closed status, the Ignored status, or if the freight orders have no order lines. This depends on the check boxes that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Line: The first freight order line of the freight order line range. Usually, you only change the default value for this option (0 - 9999) if you entered a single freight order number in the previous fields. Freight order lines that fall within this range are deleted if these lines match the criteria entered in the previous fields and if the statuses of these lines correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Line: The last freight order line of the freight order line range. Usually, you only change the default value for this option (0 - 9999) if you entered a single freight order number in the previous fields. Freight order lines that fall within this range are deleted if these lines match the criteria entered in the previous fields and if the statuses of these orders correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Origin: The first origin type of the order origin type range. Freight orders that match the criteria selected previously and that have originating orders with origin types that fall within the selected order origin range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Origin: The last origin type of the order origin type range. Freight orders that match the criteria selected previously and that have originating orders with origin types that fall within the selected order origin range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Originating Order: The first originating order of the originating order range. Freight orders that match the criteria selected previously and whose originating orders fall within the selected originating order range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Originating Order: The last originating order of the originating order range. Freight orders that match the criteria selected previously and whose originating orders fall within the selected originating order range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Line: The first originating order line of the originating order line range. Usually, you only use this option if you entered a single order number in the Originating Order selection range fields. Freight orders that match the criteria specified previously and that have originating order lines that fall within the specified originating order line range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Line: The last originating order line of the originating order line range. Usually, you only use this option if you entered a single order number in the Originating Order and Originating Order To fields. Freight orders that match the criteria specified previously and that have originating order lines that fall within the specified originating order line range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Shipping Office: The first shipping office of the shipping office range. Freight orders that match the criteria entered previously and whose shipping offices fall within the selected shipping office range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Shipping Office: The last shipping office of the shipping office range. Freight orders that match the criteria entered previously and whose shipping offices fall within the selected shipping office range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Planning Group: The first planning group of the planning group range. Freight orders that match the criteria entered previously and whose planning groups fall within the selected planning group range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Planning Group: The last planning group of the planning group range. Freight orders that match the criteria entered previously and whose planning groups fall within the selected planning group range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Planned Load Date: The first planned load date of the planned load date range. Freight orders that match the criteria entered previously and whose planned load dates fall within the selected planned load date range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Planned Load Date: The last planned load date of the planned load date range. Freight orders that match the criteria entered previously and whose planned load dates fall within the selected planned load date range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Planned Unload Date: The first planned unload date of the planned unload date range. Freight orders that match the criteria entered previously and whose planned unload dates fall within the selected planned unload date range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Planned Unload Date: The last planned unload date of the planned unload date range. Freight orders that match the criteria entered previously and whose planned unload dates fall within the selected planned unload date range, are deleted if the freight order status correspond with the options that you select in the Remove group box in this session.
Error Report: If this check box is selected, an error report is printed that lists any errors that occur during the deletion process.
Closed Freight Orders: If this check box is selected, freight orders that have the Closed status are deleted if the freight orders match the criteria that you specify in this session.
Ignored Freight Orders: If this check box is selected, freight orders that have the Ignored status are deleted if the freight orders match the criteria that you specify in this session.
Freight Orders without Order Lines: If this check box is selected, freight orders that have no freight order lines are deleted if the freight orders match the criteria that you specify in this session.
