Document Revision (dmdoc1520m100)

Use this session to maintain document revisions in a simple manner. This session is based on the concept of multi-main table.

  • Attached Files: Click the Attached Files tab to start the Attached Files (dmdoc4540m000) session.
  • Hard Copies: Click the Hard Copies tab to start the Hard Copies (dmdoc3500m000) session.
  • Reviewers List: Click the Reviewers List tab to start the Reviewers List (dmdoc2530m000) session.
  • Recommendation By Reviewers: Click the Recommendation by Reviewers tab to start the Recommendation by Reviewer (dmchm0522m000) session.
  • Related Documents: Click the Related Documents tab to start the Document Revision Links (dmdoc1540m000) session.
  • Parent Documents: Click the Parent Documents tab to start the Parent Documents (dmdoc1540m001) session.
  • Child Documents: Click the Child Documents tab to start the Document Revision Links (dmdoc1540m000) session.
Note: To achieve the concept of having a single view of all these documents from document revision, you can use the header-lines concept.

Field Information

Library

The ID of the library in which the documents are stored.

Library

The description or name of the code.

Committee

The committee ID which acts as an identifier.

Committee

The committee name for easy identification.

Status

The status of the document. The system-defined status for document revision are as following:

  • Submit for Review
  • Approve
  • Release
  • Revise
  • Redesign
  • Reject
  • Withdraw
  • Expired
Creation Date

The creation date and time of the document revision.

Created By

The name of the user who created the document revision.

Secondary Status

The user-defined status of the document. Secondary statuses is the customized status, based on the needs of a company.

Total Size of Attached Files

The size of attached files. For example, for three files of 10 bytes each, the total size of attached files is 30 bytes.

Number of Hard Copies

The number of hard copies attached to the document revision.

Number of Files

The number of files attached to the document revision.

Document

The document ID for which the revisions are displayed.

Document Title

The description or name of the code.

Type

The ID of the document type.

Description

The description or name of the document type.

Revision

The revisions of the document.

Release Date

The release date and time of the document revision.

Source Revision

The information about the revision from which the current revision is derived .
