User Profiles (dmdoc1500m000)
Use this session to define document management related defaults and settings for a user.
Field Information
- Profile

Indicates if the defined data is applicable for a user profile or a template.
Allowed values

The user's login ID. Click the browse arrow to start the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session and select the user.
- Default Document Type

The default type of the document.
- Use Default Library

If this check box is selected, the documents are stored in the default library.
- Library

Click the browse arrow to start the Libraries (dmsys0540m000) session and select library to store the documents.
Note: If the Use Default Library check box is selected, the field is unavailable. - Primary Vault Area

Click the browse arrow to start the Areas (dmdoc5120m000) session and select the primary vault area.
- Default Change Committee

The default change committee that is used for creating the documents and links.
- Default Title with File Name

If this check box is selected, the filename is used as the default filename for the document name.
- Hide Default Fields

If this check box is selected, the default fields are not displayed when attaching a file to a document.
- Authorization on Paperclip Icon Level

If this check box is selected, the application allows the user to work on the options like viewing the file or having full control using the paperclip icon, inside the sessions.
