Task Group (dmchm0541m100)

Use this session to create and list task group(s). Task groups are defined by similar procedural Tasks. A task group can be defined for a single task also.

Note: You cannot change the task group status. You can only create, copy, or delete a task group if the Change Proposal is in the Created status. The Task Group Identifier is automatically generated if a mask is defined. The user can manually enter a value.

Note: This session is a satellite session of the Change Proposal - Easy Entry (dmchm0120m000) session.

Change

Displays the Change Identifier.

Change Status

Displays the Change status.

Description

Displays the minimum date and time in all the tasks defined and grouped in this task group. The UTC date and time format is used.

Proposal

Displays the proposal of the change.

Change Status

Displays the Proposal status.

Task Group

Displays the task group identifier. If a mask is defined for this objec, the task group identifier is generated by the masks. If a mask is not defined, a message appears and you can manually enter a value.

Note

For each task group, more than one task can be associated. All similar tasks can be grouped using a task group.

Description

Displays the description of the task group for the specified change and proposal.

Responsible

Displays the role responsible for the execution of the task group.

Start Date

Displays the minimum date and time in all the tasks defined and grouped in this task group. The UTC date and time format is used.

Finish Date

Displays the maximum date and time in all the tasks defined and grouped in this task group. The UTC date and time format is used. By this date, all the tasks must be executed.

Total Tasks

Displays the number of tasks associated with this task group.

Tasks Done

Displays the number of tasks which have been already completed. That means the number of tasks whose status is Done.

Estimated Cost

Displays the currency used by the change process. This is the same currency defined in the change, the local currency.

Currency

Displays the currency code used by the change process. This is the same currency defined in the change, the local currency.

Estimated Cost

Displays the estimated cost.

Total Actual Cost

Displays the total actual cost of executing the tasks grouped under this task group. The currency is also displayed adjacent to this value.

Status

Displays the status of the task group. The task group status depends on the status of the tasks linked to it. The possible statuses are as follows.

Created By

Displays the user who has created this task group. It is the ERP user logon code.

Creation Date

Displays the date when a task group is created. The UTC date and time format is used.

Modification Date

Displays the date and time of a task group modification. The date and time is recorded and displayed using this field.
