Change Proposal (dmchm0120m100)

Use this session to maintain multiple change proposals and view the changes orders, tasks, and so on, in the same session. Run the life cycle process to maintain a number of proposals. The change order provides a generic mechanism to change a change-controlled ERP entity defined in LN ODM.

Note: 

You can create individual tasks and task groups and link these tasks and groups to the change proposal. Each task is associated with the relevant ERP entity that is affected by the change.

The reviewer for a particular change proposal can provide the recommendation and all operations can be executed directly from the Header-Lines session.

The business partner, if defined, for the change proposal can be maintained from the Header Lines session .

Secondary Status

The additional status of the change proposal.

A secondary status is a customized status, which can be defined based on the needs of an individual company.

Simple CHM

If this check box is selected, the Simple CHM option is enabled. Simple CHM is a mechanism that involves simple change management principles. The authorized user can perform the actions such as approve, reject, and so on, without starting the Change Proposal (dmchm0120m000) session.

The change proposal ID.

Status

The description or name of the code.

Committee

The committee ID.

Committee Description

The description or name of the code.

Owner

The ID of the owner or the role of the owner.

Owner Description

The description or name of the code.

Approval Date

The change proposal approval date and time.

The user who creates the proposal.

Creation Date

The creation date of the proposal.

The date and time of the status.

Recommended Solution

The recommended solution for the change proposal.
