Capable to Promise Overview (cprrp4899m000)

Use this session to investigate the causes of the inability to deliver the requested quantity of an item on the requested date.

To start this session:

  1. Start the ATP Handling (cprrp4800m000) session.
  2. Enter the order data that you want to check.
  3. Click Available, When Available, or Where Available.

Information

The browser displays information about component and capacity constraints. For each date and time on which a quantity of the required item becomes available, the browser contains detailed information.

Note: 

Some lines indicate partial quantities, other lines indicate cumulative quantities:

  • The first line for every date/time indicates the partial quantity that can be delivered on that date.
  • The subsequent lines for every date/time indicate the cumulative quantity that has become available up to that date.

Color coding:

  • Red lines represent a component or capacity constraint that prevent the supply of the required quantity.
  • Black lines indicate that the entire requirement can be delivered. The browser does not show more detail lines for these lines.
