Generate Job Shop Planning Bills of Material (cprpd3246m900)
Use this session to create the job shop bills of material data based on the
data in the Generic Planning Bill of Material (cprpd3145m000) and the Generic Bill of Material (tipcf3110m000) sessions. This data is created using these two sources:
- The Generic Bill of Material for items that are configured by PCF.
- The Generic Planning Bill of Material for items configured by CPQ.
Note: This session can be accessed only if the Configurations by Site field is set to in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

The From and To fields define a range of supply source of the plan items for which the job shop planning bill of material (BOM) must be generated.

- The date and time from which the bill of material lines can be skipped when generating the job shop planning bill of material.

Indicates the method in which the revisions are created for the job shop planning bill of material.
Allowed values
- Minimal
- This option creates only one revision 000001 for the last sequence that is currently effective. The input date limit (create from) becomes the effective date of this revision.
- Extended
- This option creates a revision for each date period from the input date. Date periods are determined based on the specified effective and expiry dates. Effective or expiry dates on the same day are considered as one revision.
- Simulate
- If this check box is selected, the job shop planning bills of material data is generated in simulation mode and a preview of the generated data is displayed in the report.
- Process Report
- If this check box is selected, the
application prints a process report with the job shop planning bills of material
data that is generated successfully.Note:
- By default, this check box is selected.
- This field is enabled only if the Simulate check box is cleared.
- Validate and Approve
- If this check box is selected, the job shop
planning bill of material (BOM) is validated and is set to approved, if no errors
