Bill of Critical Capacities (cprpd3130m000)
Use this session to maintain the bill of critical capacities (BCC) for planned items. LN uses the bill of critical capacities to generate the rough capacity requirements for critical capacities.
The BCC serves as input for the Print Critical Capacity Requirements (cprmp2440m000) session and the Resource Master Plan (cprmp3501m000) session.
Field Information
- Plan Item
-
The plan item for which you want to generate the Bill of Critical Capacities.
- Sequence Number
-
The number identifying the unique relationship between the plan item and critical capacity shown on the Bill of Critical Capacities (cprpd3130m000) overview session. LN automatically generates this number.
- Work Center
-
The work center LN considers critical for the specified plan item.
- Capacity Required
-
The capacity that is required from the specified work center to produce the plan item.
- Effective Date
-
The date from which the relationship between the plan item and critical work center is valid.
- Expiry Date
-
The date after which the relationship between the critical capacity and the plan item is no longer valid. If no date is given, the relationship will be valid on any date after the effective date.
- Lead-Time Offset
-
Enter the lead-time offset for the critical item that is produced in the specified work center.
The lead-time offset is the difference between the requirement date and the start date of the critical operation.
Note: LN takes the network routing (routing for phantom items) into account when it calculates the lead-time offset - Lead Time
-
The production lead time of the plan item for the work center on this line.
The lead-time offset determines the start date of the operation. The lead time determines the end date of the operation.
