Resource Master Plan Chart (cprmp3701m000)

Use this session to display data from your work center planning in a graphical format.

To display data:

Specify a plan company, a scenario, and a plan level.
Specify a work center.
Specify the start date and the maximum number of plan periods for the chart.
Select a chart type.
Click the Show Chart button.

Most types of data shown in the chart correspond to fields in the work center planning (see the Resource Master Plan (cprmp3501m000) session). The only exception is the basic capacity.

Used data

The basic capacity of a work center is computed as follows: LN uses the following fields from the Work Centers - Planning (cprpd2100m000) session:

Available Labor Resources.
Available Number of Machines.

The basic capacity (computed for the work center as a whole) serves as an overall background. Use this background, for example, to decide if it is feasible to expand the available capacity when the work center is overloaded.

Field Information

Plan Company

The plan company for which LN draws a chart of the planning data for the specified work center.

Scenario

Specify the scenario for which LN must draw a chart of the planning data for the specified work center.

Plan Level

The plan level of the plan items that use the work center for which LN must draw a chart.

Work Center

The work center for which LN must draw a chart.

Start Date

The requested start date for the chart.

Number of Periods in View

The maximum number of plan periods shown in the view.

CTP Reservations: If this check box is selected, the chart displays the capacity used for capacity CTP reservations.
Critical Capacity Requirements: If this check box is selected, the chart displays the capacity used for critical capacity requirements.
Planned Production Orders: If this check box is selected, the chart displays the capacity used for planned production orders.
Production Orders: If this check box is selected, the chart displays the capacity used for production orders.
PCS Activities: If this check box is selected, the chart displays the capacity used for PCS activities.
Service and Maintenance Orders: If this check box is selected, the chart displays the capacity used for service orders and maintenance orders.
Show Total Required Capacity: If this check box is selected, the chart displays the total required capacity.
