Critical Material Requirements (cprmp2505m000)
Use this session to list the critical material requirements that originate from the production plan of a particular plan item.
On the menu, you can select two display options:
- Material Requirements by Item, Period: LN displays all the critical material requirements for a specific plan item.
- Material Requirements by Required Item: LN displays the plan items that require a specific critical component.
The critical material requirements are listed for a specific combination of the following:
- Scenario
- Plan item (end item), or Required Plan Item
On the appropriate menu, you can select or Item Master Plan to zoom to the corresponding sessions to further analyze the source of the critical material requirements displayed in this session.
- The Warehouse field must be filled in the Planning Bill of Critical Material (cprpd3120m000) session, to make sure that critical component requirements are allocated to the correct warehouse at the moment of dependent demand explosions for a plan item.
- The ATP and the Dependent Demand of a main item are exploded to plan items that have the same planning cluster as the warehouse you specified on the bill of critical materials of the main item.

- Plan Item

The manufactured plan item for which the critical components specified in the Required Plan Item field are required.
- Period

The plan period in which falls the planned receipt of the end item specified in the Plan Item field.
- Required Plan Item

The critical material required to produce the plan item that is specified in the Plan Item field.
- Period Required

The plan period in which the critical component specified in the Required Plan Item field is needed for the production of the main item in the Plan Item field.
- Quantity Required

The required quantity of the critical component in the Required Plan Item field.
- Period Finish Date

The end date of the specified plan period in which falls the planned receipt of the main item.
- Period Finish Date

The end date of the plan period in which the critical component is required.
