Copy Master Plan to Items (cprmp2204m000)

Use this session to copy the following data from one plan item to one or more other plan items (in the same scenario):

  • The demand plan (demand forecast + extra demand) for a plan item, and (optional) for the channels that are linked to this item
  • A plan item's inventory plan
  • A plan item's production plan
  • A plan item's purchase plan

Field Information

Scenario

Specify the scenario of the source plan item of which LN must copy master plan data to the target plan item(s).

The status of the scenario must be open.

Plan Item

The plan item of which LN must copy the specified master plan data.

From Period

Specify the first of a range of plan periods for which LN must copy the specified master plan data to the target plan items.

From Date

The start date of the specified plan period.

To Period

Specify the last of a range of plan periods of which LN must copy the specified master plan data to the target plan items.

To Date

The end date of the specified plan period.

Demand Plan

The percentage of the demand plan that LN must copy.

Example

  • If you enter 0, LN does not copy the demand plan quantities.
  • If you enter 60, the demand plan quantities that are copied are 60% of the source item quantities.
  • If you enter 110, the demand plan quantities that are copied are 10% higher than the source item quantities.
Note: LN only copies demand forecast and extra demand; LN does not copy special demand.
Inventory Plan

The percentage of the inventory plan that LN must copy.

Example

  • If you enter 0, LN does not copy inventory plan quantities.
  • If you enter 60, the inventory plan quantities that LN copies are 60% of the source item quantities.
  • If you enter 110, the inventory plan quantities that LN copies are 10% higher than the source item quantities.
Production Plan

The percentage of the production plan that LN must copy.

Example

  • If you enter 0, LN does not copy the production plan quantities.
  • If you enter 60, the production plan quantities that LN copies are 60% of the source item quantities.
  • If you enter 110, the production plan quantities that LN copies are 10% higher than the source item quantities.
Purchase Plan

The percentage of the purchase plan that LN must copy.

Example

  • If you enter 0, LN does not copy purchase plan quantities.
  • If you enter 60, the purchase plan quantities that LN copies are 60% of the source item quantities.
  • If you enter 110, the purchase plan quantities that LN copies are 10% higher than the source item quantities.
From Plan Item

Specify the first of a range of target plan items to which LN must copy the specified master plan data.

The plan item must have an item master plan.

To Plan Item

Specify the last of a range of target plan items to which LN must copy the specified master plan data.

The plan item must have an item master plan.

Update Mode

The update mode determines whether LN does one of the following:

  • Select Overwrite if LN must use the data from the source scenario to overwrite the existing data in the target scenario.
  • Select Add To if LN must add the source values to the existing values.
