Channel Master Plan (cpdsp5130m000)
Use this session to maintain a channel master plan and to view and maintain demand and ATP data for an item and its channels.
You can initialize channel master plans in the Initialize, Roll, and Update Scenario (cprpd4200m000) session, by selecting the Generate Item/Channel Master Plan check box.
The channel master plan allows you to control the sales and forecasting of demand that comes from a specific channel. By using this session, you can set demand forecasts and you can specify the demand that is allowed for a certain channel.
In addition, all the channel master plans of an item are displayed in a single view and a record containing demand and ATP data from the item master plan is displayed. The Channel field is empty, for this record.
