Items grid section

You can view the items based on the specified filter values and the selected week. For an item, this information is displayed in the grid section:

  • Item code
  • Item description (By default, this column is not displayed in the grid. To display this column, you must select the corresponding check box in the Column Personalization.)
  • Unit
  • Forecast, Production and Inventory levels of the item for a day

When generating the master plan for the items, these icons can be displayed:

  • negative_inventory: Negative inventory. The corresponding inventory is marked in Red.
  • below_safety_stock: Below safety stock. The corresponding inventory is marked in Orange.

For an item, you can click tsdealer_drill_down.png to view the details such as KPI values, Warehouse, Product Group and Actual Supply Source.

Note: 
  • If you select an item in the grid section, the inventory details related to the selected item are only displayed in the Supply Forecast graph. If an item is not selected, the cumulative inventory details for all items is displayed.
  • You can specify a string in the Search field to search for an item in the Items grid. The search is applicable for Item, Description and Units columns.
