Use this session to view and maintain the revenue document lines for the business object document.

This status is populated from Revenue Recognition module, when the status is Open, and the Performance Obligation Finished, Invoicing Finished and Recognition Finished check boxed are selected, and the following conditions are met. When these conditions are not met, first revenue lines with revenue origin Balancing Revenue Document Line must be generated and recognized with the Balance Revenue Document Lines (cirrc1210m000) session. If these conditions are met the status changes automatically becomes To Be Closed immediately.
- Total revenue amount on invoice lines is equal to total revenue amount on revenue lines
- Total order discount amount on invoice lines is equal to total order discount amount on revenue lines
- Total Cost of Sales amount on invoice line Cost of Sales is equal to total Cost of Sales amount on revenue line Cost of Sales, in all home currencies
- Total Cost of Sales quotation amount on invoice line Cost of Sales is equal to total Cost of Sales quotation amount on revenue line Cost of Sales, in all home currencies

This status is retrieved after running the Close Revenue Document Lines (cirrc1210m100) session. Only document lines with status To Be Closed are considered. During this process, currency differences are created when the following condition is met:
- Amounts per business object/invoice are not balanced in all currencies in Interim Revenue/Cost of Sales Integration Transactions
- Canceled

The type of date which is used to recognise the revenue. Since a revenue recognition method can be used as generic for all business objects, multiple levels can be defined in a separate table.
Note:- By default, this field is set to Invoice Date.
- The option Customer Approval Date is allowed only when the Customer Approval Applicable check box is selected
- The option Consumption Date is allowed only when the Consumption Applicable check box is selected.
- The option Completion Date is allowed only if the Document Business Object is set to Service Order.

- Revenue Document Line

Indicates that all Revenue Lines within a Revenue Document Line must be recognized at the same time. For instance, revenue recognition date based on is defined as delivery date + 10 days. For a sales order line, there are two deliveries: one on 05/01 and one on 10/1. Hence, for both deliveries the planned recognition date will be 20/01.

Indicates that all Revenue Lines within all Revenue Document Lines within the same contract must be recognized at the same time. For example, revenue recognition date based on is delivery date + 10 days. A contract exists of a sales order with two lines: one line with two deliveries: one on 05/01 and one on 10/01 and one line with one delivery on 15/01, furthermore a sales return order linked to this sales order with one line and one receipt on 20/01 and furthermore a service installation with a delivery of 15/02. This means, the planned recognition date will be 25/02, for all revenue lines.
- Rev. Contract / Document Business Object

Indicates the same as option Revenue Contract, but now by Business Object. In the example above: the sales order with two lines and 3 deliveries in total will get planned recognition date of 25/01, the sales return order 30/01 and the service order 25/02.
- Rev. Contract / Original Business Object

Indicates the same as option Revenue Contract / Business Object, but now by Original Business Object instead of Business Object. In the example above, this means the sales order and the sales return order are taken together with planned recognition date 30/01. The service order gets planned recognition date 25/02.
- Document Contract Line

The line number of the revenue contract document.
Note: This field is enabled only if Contract Deliverables is implemented in the Revenue Recognition Parameters (cirrc0100m000) session. - Document Sequence

LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which the documents are created. The Document Date rate determiner applies to all types of transactions. You can manually change the rate.
The rate is updated by Invoicing when the invoice is posted.
- Manually Entered

You can manually enter the rate. By default, LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which the documents are created. The Manually Entered rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
- Delivery Date
-
If the goods are not yet delivered, LN uses the rate that is valid on the order date. However, if this order date is in the past, LN uses the rate that is valid on the current date.
If the goods are delivered, LN uses the rate that is valid on the actual delivery date.
The Delivery Date rate determiner only applies to sales orders, service orders, and sales invoices. You cannot manually change the rate.
- Receipt Date

LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which you expect to receive the goods. The Receipt Date rate determiner only applies to purchase orders and purchase invoices. You cannot manually change the rate.
- Expected Cash Date

LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time at which payment of the sales invoice or purchase invoice is expected.
Expected cash date = expected delivery/receipt date + payment period
The payment period is specified in the Payment Terms (tcmcs0113s000) session. The Expected Cash Date rate determiner applies to all types of transactions. You cannot manually change the rate.
The rate is updated by Invoicing when the invoice is posted.
- Fixed

You can use this rate determiner only for a dependent currency system or a single currency system. The Fixed rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
If you manually enter the rates between the transaction currency and the reference currencies, the rate is fixed. If you do not manually enter the rates, the rate is not fixed and LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which the documents are created.
- Fixed Hard

You can use this rate determiner only for an independent currency system. The Fixed Hard rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
If you manually enter the rate between the transaction currency and the reporting currencies, the rates are fixed. The local currency rate is based on the document date of the actual document.
If you do not manually enter the rate between the transaction currency and the reporting currencies, the rates are not fixed and LN uses the rates that are valid on the date and time on which the documents are created.
- Fixed Local

You can use this rate determiner only for an independent currency system. The Fixed Local rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
If you manually enter the rate between the transaction currency and the local currency, the rate is fixed. The other rates are based on the document date of the actual document.
If you do not manually enter the local currency rate, the rate is not fixed and LN uses the rate that is valid on the date and time on which the documents are created.
- Fixed Local and Hard

You can use this rate determiner only for an independent currency system. The Fixed Local and Hard rate determiner applies to all types of transactions.
If you manually enter the rate between the transaction currency and the home currencies, the rates are fixed. The local currency rate is based on the document date of the actual document.
If you do not manually enter the rates between the transaction currency and the home currencies, the rates are not fixed and LN uses the rates that are valid on the date and time on which the documents are created.
