Time Off by Employee (bpxtm4120m000)

Use this session to view and maintain the time off data of an employee for the specific year.

Note: This session can be accessed only if the Use Attendance Time Off Requests check box is selected in the Attendance Parameters (bpxtm0100m000) session.

You can use the excel sheet to export and import the granted hours data of an employee in this session.

Field Information

Employee
The code of the employee for whom time off data must be defined.
Name
The name of the employee.
Year
The year for which the time off data is defined for an employee.
Department
The code of the department associated with the employee.
Hours to Day
The reference value that is used to calculate the number of days of absence.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Use Attendance Time Off Requests check box is selected in the Attendance Parameters (bpxtm0100m000) session.
Time Off Type
The time off type declared for the employee.
Yearly
Indicates whether the time off type declared by the employee is yearly.
Remaining Days
The remaining days from the previous year for the employee.
Note: This value can be calculated by adding all the unused granted days and hours from all the previous years for the time off type decreased by number of expired days defaulted from the Time Off Expiration Dates (bpxtm4125m000) session.

This value can be negative.

Granted Days
The number of the leaves that are allotted to the employee for the current year.
Note: These leaves are assigned to the employee by the respective manager or HR.
Submitted Days
The number of days for which the employee has submitted the time off requests.
Approved Days
The number of the time off days that are approved.
Expired
The number of time off days associated with an employee that are to be expired at the current date.
Open
The open number of leaves available for an employee.
Note: This value is calculated using this formula:
Open = Remaining Days + Granted Days – Expired Days - Submitted Days - Approved Days

This value can be negative.
