Nonworking Days (bpxtm1140m000)
Nonworking days can be defined at these levels:
- Company
- Site
- Employee Group
- Employee

The level at which non-working days can be defined.
Allowed values
- Company

Non-working days specified at company level is applicable to all employees of a company.
- Site

Non-working days specified at the site level is applicable to all employees linked to the site. This level is applicable only if Site is implemented.
- Employee Group

Non-working days specified at the employee group level is applicable to all employees linked to the employee group.
Note: For example, if the level is set to Employee Group, an employee is associated with the employee group from 1st Jan to 31st Jan, the non-working days specified for the employee group in this time period, are applicable for the employee. The rest of the time period is not considered to calculate the non-working days for the employee. - Employee

Non-working days are specified at the employee level.

The code of the non-working day.
Note: This value is defaulted from the Series for Nonworking Day field in the Attendance Parameters (bpxtm0100m000) session. - Description

- Color Coding

The color code used for the non-working day.
- Search Key

Search key used for the non-working day.
- Date

The date marked as the non-working day.
Note:This field is enabled only if:
- The Recurrence field is blank.
- The value in the Effective Date and Expiry Date is blank.
- Recurrence

The code for recurrence.
Note:This field is enabled only if:
- The value in the Level field is not set to Employee.
- The value in the Date field is blank.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Effective Date

The date from when the non-working day is effective.
Note: This field is enabled only if Level is not set to Employee. - Expiry Date

The date up to which the non-working day is valid.
Note:- The value in this field must be greater than or equal to the value specified for the Effective Date.
- This field is enabled only if Level is not set to Employee.
- Time Off Request

Indicates if the time-off request is defaulted from another application such as Infor HCM. The information is included when generating attendance plan.
Note: This check box is specified at the employee level. - Duration of Time Off

The duration of the time-off specified for the employee.
