Print Hours and Expenses (Completeness Check) (bptmm1410m000)

Use this session to check the hours and/or expenses of a range of employees.

Click the Details button to further specify the employee range.

Note: To restrict the output, select the Print Exceptions Only check box.

Field Information

Check Regular Time
Check Regular Time

If this check box is selected, LN compares employees' actual hours with the employment hours. Only the actual time spent on labor types with hour type Regular Time is considered.

Note: If this check box is selected, you can also select the Notify Employee option.
Lower Margin

The quantity below the employment hours which LN uses to determine whether the actual regular time is an exception.

Upper Margin

The quantity above the employment hours which LN uses to determine whether the actual regular time is an exception.

Time Unit for Hours

The unit in which the regular time and overtime margins are expressed.

Check Overtime
Check Overtime

If this check box is selected, LN prints the actual overtime hours that exceed the quantity specified in the Upper Margin field.

Upper Margin

The quantity above which LN considers actual overtime as an exception.

Check Expenses
Check Expenses

If this check box is selected, LN prints expenses that exceed the amount specified in the Upper Margin field.

Upper Margin

The currency in which the expenses' upper margin is expressed.

Upper Margin

The amount above which LN considers expenses as an exception.

Options
Print Exceptions Only

If this check box is selected, LN prints only the hours and/or expenses that exceed the margins set.

Notify Employee

If this check box is selected, LN notifies employees whose registered hours do not match their employment hours, using the e-mail address defined in the Employees - People (bpmdm0101m000) session.

Note: This option is only available if Check Regular Time is selected.
Notify Manager

If this check box is selected, the employee's manager will be copied on the e-mail sent to the employee. The manager is the employee defined as such in the Departments (tcmcs0565m000) session.

Note: This option is only available if Notify Employee is selected.
From Mail Address

The e-mail address from which notifications must be sent.

Note: This field is only available if Notify Employee is selected.

Specify the sequence in which the data must be printed.
