Print Hours and Expenses (bptmm1400m000)
Use this session to print a report for a selected range of employees, teams, or machines.
To print a report:
- Specify a selection range.
- Click to use the list of specific employees rather than specifying a range of employees.
- Under Print Transactions For, select the appropriate transaction type(s).
- If required, click the appropriate link to further specify the range.
- Under Report Options, select either of the following report
types:
Consolidated Report
The report displays the labor time totals per labor type and day.Detailed Report
Every entered hours line is printed.
- Click .
- In the Select Report dialog box, select the appropriate report layout.
- Click OK.

Consolidated Report
The report displays the labor time totals per labor type and day only for the selected transaction types. -
Detailed Report
Every entered hours line is printed only for the selected transaction types.

- Entity in Report View

If you choose to print a detailed report, and you select the Entity in Report View check box, you can group the report by entity type, for example, by project or by production order.

If this check box is selected, the hours registered are included in the report.
- Expenses

If this check box is selected, the expenses registered are included in the report.
- Text

If this check box is selected, the report includes a text related to the hours.
- Include Processed Transactions

If this check box is selected, the processed hours are included in the report.
- Include Printed Hours

If this check box is selected, LN takes into account whether Update Print Status was used before and, if so, on what level. If, for example, the Update Print Status was used combined with a Consolidated Report and Include Printed Hours is cleared, previously printed hours will be ignored.
If this check box is selected, relevant transactions will be printed, and the print status will not need to be checked.
Note: This setting applies to both types of report. - Update Print Status

If this check box is cleared, the print status of a transaction remains No (not printed).
