Employees (bpmdm0601m000)
Use this session to maintain employee data. In addition to general data, you can maintain data that is specific to People, Project, and Service.

The employee's code.

Default value
The first 16 positions of the Name field.
- Language

The language in which you want to print the work instructions for the employee.
LN retrieves the default language from the General Company Data (tccom0102s000) session.
- Logon Code

The employee's logon code assigned to the employee in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.
- Cost Component

The cost component assigned to the employee.
- Calendar

The calendar that specifies the employee's availability.
- Picture

The employee's picture.
- You can add a picture by a drag-and-drop operation
- The picture can have these extensions: .jpg, .gif, or .png

The employee responsible or the manager of the department. The specified employee is notified if, in the Print Hours and Expenses (Completeness Check) (bptmm1410m000) session, the Notify Manager check box is selected.

The checkbox is automatically selected when LN identifies the entered hours are greater than or equal to the number of hours defined in the Employment field of the Employees - People (bpmdm0101m000) session.
Example If the value specified for the Employment of an employee is 36 hours by week, when the employee reports for 36 regular hours (or more), this checkbox is automatically selected. Else, the checkbox is cleared.

Note: This field is available only if, in the BOD Parameters (tcbod0100m000) session, Reimburse Expenses of External Employees is selected. - Pay-to Business Partner

In case of an employee, the pay-to business partner can be registered.
Note:- This field is available:
- For the internal employees only if the Reimburse Expenses of Internal Employees checkbox is selected in the BOD Parameters (tcbod0100m000) session.
- For external employees only if the Reimburse Expenses of External Employees checkbox is selected in the BOD Parameters (tcbod0100m000) session.
- The Reimburse Expenses of Internal Employees and Reimburse Expenses of External Employees check boxes are enabled only if the Expense Management interface implemented check box is selected in the BOD Parameters (tcbod0100m000) session.
