Working with the Employee 360 (bpmdm0101m100) session
Use this session to view and maintain employee data.
You can perform these tasks:
- Create, view and maintain employee-related data as stored in LN, for example, data on employment, skills, etc.
- Check, maintain and process hours and expenses as accounted for an employee.
For an employee selected from the list the check boxes in the Employee Details group box indicate if related data is maintained. You can click the entity to access the corresponding session, wherein you can view and maintain the related data.
You can also select an employee from the list to view the employee departments in the Department donut.

The working time schedule that is used for the employee's hours accounting.

Hours accounting sessions
In these sessions, you can maintain hours for the employee. If the employee's number of regular hours entered for a specific period exceeds the value in the Employment field, LN displays a warning message.
LN displays the warning message only if the Check Employment Hours checkbox is selected in the People User Profiles (bpmdm0102m000) session.

Global (Undo) Approve Hours and Expenses (bptmm1202m000)
If the Hours Check (Regular Time) check box is selected, LN compares the hours for that period with the value entered in the Employment field. If the values do not match, LN generates an error report.

Example If the value specified for the Employment of an employee is 36 hours by week, when the employee reports for 36 regular hours (or more), this checkbox is automatically selected. Else, the checkbox is cleared.

A person who is not on the payroll of the organization. Yet, the external employee will be used for planning purposes. Additionally, the external employee's time spent can be entered.

Note: This field is available only if, in the BOD Parameters (tcbod0100m000) session, Reimburse Expenses of External Employees is selected. - Pay-to Business Partner

- For the internal employees only if the Reimburse Expenses of Internal Employees checkbox is selected in the BOD Parameters (tcbod0100m000) session.
- For external employees only if the Reimburse Expenses of External Employees checkbox is selected in the BOD Parameters (tcbod0100m000) session.
- The Reimburse Expenses of Internal Employees and Reimburse Expenses of External Employees check boxes are enabled only if the Expense Management interface implemented check box is selected in the BOD Parameters (tcbod0100m000) session.
