Mapping Table for Sales Order Acknowledgement Codes (bcmtd1101m000)
Use this session to modify a pre-generated a acknowledment code, to delete a pre-generated acknowdlegment code, to insert an acknowledgement code.
Preparation
This session can only be used when the pre-conversion is done.
Execution
It is mandatory to check whether the data from the pre-conversion run is correct and complete.
Duration
Duration depends on the time it takes for the user to check the data is correct, and possibly add some records.
Restart
Session can be restarted anytime the user wants (before the final conversion takes place).

The purpose of this field has a technical background. - The field makes the record unique in this session and allows the user maintain the remaining fields.
Allowed values
The field allows numbers but cannot be maintained by the user. The field is maintained by the system, with a stepsize of 1.
Default value
stepsize is 1, but field cannot be overwritten by user.

A code that represents the reasons for a change of a sales order.
Allowed values
All alphanumerical values are allowed, as long as the field is unique within the session.
Default value
SCA is by default generating six Acknowledgement Codes:
- CO
- CA
- CC
- CM
- CR
- OC
These pre-generated acknowdledgment codes are derived from the definition of field Change Code (CHACOD) of MANMAN/HP table Sales Order Change, Cancellation, and Credit Memo Detail File (CHAFIL) of MANMAN/HP OMAR Database (FINDB).
