Mapping Table for Order Line Numbers (bcmtc1124m000)
Use this session to define ERP LN 6.1 Order Line Numbers for MANMAN/HP Purchase and Sales Order Lines.
Preparation
Before you can use this session, Order Numbers and Order Lines from MANMAN/HP must be loaded into this table.
Execution
In case production data are migrated, it is mandatory to run this session.
Process Logic
When Sales Order- and Purchase Order Lines are migrated from MANMAN/HP, only those lines are migrated that still have an open quantity. As a result of that: gaps can exist between the Order Line Numbers. Besides that, for Purchase Order Line Numbers the MANMAN/HP-field can contain doubles ( a number with a decimal sign) and the ERP LN 6.1 Order line number is an integer.
To handle both issues, this mapping table exists. Here, the ERP LN 6.1 counterpart for every MANMAN/HP Sales or Purchase Order Line Number can be maintained. To facilitate the entry of ERP LN 6.1 Order Line Numbers, the option “Generate Defaults” can be used. The option “Validate” must be ran before continuing the migration process.
