Conversion Parameters for Electronic Commerce (bcmec1100s000)

Use this session to set-up the data that is needed for a correct conversion of EDI data from MANMAN/HP to ERP LN 6.1.

Preparation

You can always use this session. However, if no EDI data from the MANMAN/HP database must be converted the session is not applicable . Check the MANMAN/HP COMIN variable 141 EDI installation flag (value 1 means that EDI is being used in MANMAN/HP).

Execution

This session is mandatory in case EDI data must be converted. Check MANMAN/HP COMIN variable 141 EDI installation flag (value 1 means that EDI is being used in MANMAN/HP).

The user can enter the EDI related bc-parameters.

The user assigned to the combination of business partner and message.

Note: This is for information and reporting purposes, and can be used for approving saved messages to be received.

Person Responsible

The parameter 'Person Responsible' is needed for filling table ecedi011, session ecedi0511m000 EDI Messages Supported by Business Partner. This field is used by conversion object (SCA) ecedi011

Allowed values

There is pre-condition that the field must exist in user table of Tools (session ttaad2500m000) on the target environment.
