Periodic Withholding Certificates
Fields:
- Financial company: The field shows the current financial company where the report is generated.
- Fiscal year: Applicable year for the certificate. Zoom to Fiscal Years (tfgld0556m000) session.
- Fiscal Period: Range of the period for the report. Zoom to Periods (tfgld0105m000) session.
- Transaction Type: Range for transaction types. Zooms to Transaction types (tfgld0511m000).
- Document: Range for the document number. Goes to Document History (tfgld1504m000) session.
- Tax ID Number: Range for the identification document number.
- Withholding Type: Options; VAT Withholding, ICA Withholding, Withholding at Source.
- City: Range for the cities. Goes to the Cities (lpcol0101m000) session. The field is only active when the Withholding type is ICA Withholding.
- Date of issue: the data of when the certificate is issued.
- Classification: options: Purchases or Sales.
