- The Control Account field displays the control account of the financial business partner group to which the invoice-to business partner belongs.
- To create the invoice lines, from the appropriate menu, select Lines.
- The Manual Sales Invoice Data - Line session starts.
- Specify the invoice data. The manual sales ledger account defined in the SLI Parameters (cisli1500m000) session is displayed by default. If necessary, you can specify a different ledger account.
- To specify multiple invoice lines, repeat steps 5 to 7.
- Save the data and in the Manual Sales Invoices (cisli2520m000) session, save the invoice header data and close the details session.
The Manual Sales Invoices (cisli2520m000) session is required to define the data of Origin (Country of Origin and Origin Zip Code) and Destination (Country Destination and Destination Postal Code) for the purpose of calculating the invoices to be performed. Specify these data:
- Country of Origin: Country code from where the goods are shipped
- Origin Postal Code: ZIP Code origin from where the merchandise is shipped
- Country of destination: Code of the destination country where the merchandise is sent
- Destination Zip Code: ZIP Code destination where the merchandise is sent
These data can be defined manually on the lines of the sales invoice. The value is defaulted for each line of Origin data (Country and Postal Code source) from the direction of the company and details of Destination (Country of Destination and Destination Postal Code) data from the address of the receiver partner sales order.
After processing the invoice lines from specific taxes, you can generate corresponding perceptions tax data based on the specified tax and business partner information.
Taxes are generated from the invoice line.
After proof of purchase is created manually, it can be processed from a billing request, after unlocking the lines involved.
For this, you must:
- Create a request using the Invoicing Batch session.
- Process the billing request using the Compose/Print/Post Invoices (cisli2200m000) session.
