Aggregate Authorization Data (tgbrg9298m000)
Use this session to aggregate AMS and DEM authorization related data into collaboration table tgbrg998.
Enhanced AMS is not used, or the Support Export of EM Roles to AMS check box in the AMS Parameters (ttams0100m000) session is cleared.
Run this session on a periodic basis or every time a change is made in authorizations. The Display Authorization Data (tgbrg9598m000) session shows the access each employee has. In this way up to date authorization data is available on demand.
Field Information
- Optimization Phase
-
Specify the correct optimization phase.
Optimization phases are stages in the business process improvement cycle, on the basis of which future changes in the organization can be researched and planned. Optimization phases only apply to project models and can be linked to business functions, and business processes. Therefore, linking optimization phases to these model items only make the optimization phases active during the phases to which they are linked.
- Employee

- That use the same Central DEM Model Company

- Employee Details
-
Collects the DEM configured employee details and assigned roles.
- AMS authorized
-
This field collects AMS authorization data per user.

This option is disabled, when the Support Export of EM Roles to AMS check box in the AMS Parameters (ttams0100m000) session is selected.
Collect DEM authorization data (tgbrg8441m000) and create based on that information, a list of sessions with the maximum modeled authorization.
When Enhanced AMS is not used the collected data is automatically exported to APPROVA (when installed).
When Enhanced AMS is active you must use the Aggregate Modeled Authorizations for AMS (tgbrg9298m100) session.
- Levels To Explore
-
Consider the number of levels thoroughly. The more levels to explore the more time will be consumed by the system to gather data information.
- Application
-
Extracts a list of sessions based on the DEM collected data
- Authorization
-
Creates and combines the collected data into a list of sessions and related authorization.
